Successful Stratas, incorporated in 1987, has been a residential property developer and subdivision project manager for more than 40 years, helping property owners subdivide and maximise their returns. Often, we assist homeowners create a vacant lot to sell their backyards for extra cash for retirement.

These projects have ranged from creation of Vacant Strata battleaxe blocks, to complex rezoning, multi-title amalgamations and subdivisions of land into both Green Title and Survey Strata lots, as well as many residential Strata developments from small duplexes to 50 unit townhouse complexes. We have overseen more than $175 million of new residential developments and subdivisions in and around Perth.

Successful Stratas is a one-stop shop focused on maximising savings and minimising the costs incurred by small, medium, corporate, private and family developers. We take complete responsibility for managing and co-ordinating the numerous tasks and range of service providers required to develop a property successfully. The company has nurtured its own network of tried, trusted and preferred tradespeople and property specialists. These combined resources and their collective expertise and commitment to quality, ensure Successful Stratas’ capacity to expedite development and subdivision projects efficiently and to budget. Successful Stratas is independent with no vested interest in any of its partners. It researches and impartially advises on the available options, charges an agreed fixed fee, payable in progress installments, and does not add margin to any third-party costs. It tailors its services to clients’ particular needs and works to a tried-and-tested project methodology, ensuring its interests are perfectly aligned with those of its clients.
