Successful Stratas project manages every aspect of the strata title subdivision project from planning applications/approvals (and appeals) to utilities and services (re)configuration and provision, through to building and trades management.

While the subdivision process is similar for Green, Strata or Survey Strata Title, the costs can vary significantly.

Successful Stratas carefully analyses and researches your project to determine the best solution for your property. We assess the potential of your site, check zoning and town planning schemes, as well as local and state planning regulations and policies. We create a complete development plan and detailed budget.

A typical subdivision project costs $55-70,000, comprising many stages that will take between 9 and 12 months to complete.
