Here is a selection of information and industry resources relating to strata titles and subdivision project management that Successful Stratas deals with and/or finds useful. You may too. The list indicates the numerous and various parties, in addition to your local council, that can be involved, and will need to be co-ordinated, in a subdivision project.
Government Departments
The Land Titles office that maintains the Western Australian Land Titles Register.
WAPC – the agency responsible for approving all subdivision applications in the state.
A section of the Department of Commerce that oversees regulation of building, painting, surveying and plumbing services in WA.
A tribunal for appealing decisions, and/or resolving disagreements over planning, title and building issues and conditions imposed by other government departments, including utility companies, involved in applying WA’s land and property regulations.
